All jewellery pieces are handcrafted in Luna Ivanovich London studio. In order to achieve the best possible quality and unique look, each jewellery piece is ordered and made from semi precious stones and minerals from all around world. Therefore, sometimes we have to wait few weeks for them to be made, cut and delivered for and to us. Although many items are in stock, some will be made to order. For jewellery not in stock, please allow 1-5 weeks before will be send to you. We will be regularly in touch with you and once your jewellery is ready we will send you email with delivery date.
For all orders outside of United Kingdom we will charge for shipping costs. All payments are accepted by debit and credit cards.
All jewellery is handcrafted or made to order in Luna Ivanovich London studio and therefor we can not offer you refund. We will be more than happy to exchange it for equal or greater value of the one you already purchased. In order to exchange your jewellery, we must received it 15 days from the day you received your purchase. The item mast be received in the same condition as it was posted to you and you as a customer will be responsible for posting costs. As you post your jewellery back to us, you have to send us email with the tracking number of your parcel,so we can contact you once we received the jewellery you send back to us.
Please remember that your jewellery is handcrafted and made of real semi precious stones and minerals with all the little imperfections which lead to unique look of each piece of jewellery you will choose and own. Due to all this, it should be treated delicately and with care. If repair is needed please send us email for instructions. If you purchased your jewellery within 2 months we will be more than happy to repair it for you free of charge. If your jewellery was purchused more than 2 months ago we will charge you £40.00 for the repair + postage costs.
